The following conditions of contract completion apply to all bookings which have been completed through this website. The hotel reserves the right to alter its conditions of contract completions at any time and commits itself to note these alterations on its website without restricting the rights of those clients which have completed a contract before these alterations.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT COMPLETION

Bookings and Booking Formulas
Those bookings which have been carried out by booking formulas are subject to the website’s general terms and conditions of booking and data protection.

Bookings by Email or Fax
After the client has sent his/her booking information, the hotel will send you a written confirmation or rejection (in the case that your request cannot be fulfilled) within 72 hours. Please send your request by email or fax to: info@neptunohotel.com bzw. 00 34 971 26 60 21.

  1. After your request has been confirmed, the hotel will give you exact information about the time of arrival and departure, the type and number of rooms, the number of persons, the price per person, per day and board including VAT.
  2. Mode of Payment: The hotel needs your booking confirmation, the number of your credit card and its date of expiration in order to debit a deposit of one night per room. The rest will be paid on your arrival at the hotel.
  3. The booking will only be valid with the final confirmation of the hotel after the deposit has been received.
  4. Cancellation of Booking: In the case of booking cancellations less than 14 days before the date of arrival or in the case of non-appearance from the part of the client, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
